Shipping & Return Process

Please allow 1-14 Days for your Orders to process and 1-3 Days for your orders to be shipped to you. Once Order Is Shipped there is nothing I can Do so please be Watching After Your Packages. There are no returns or exchanges unless it was something wrong on my end, All Purchases are final so please READ and CHOOSE the right things. If you receive product damaged please notify me within 48 hours!

How Do I Check My Order Status?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. A tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME BEFORE THE PROCESSING DAYS ARE OVER ASKING FOR AN UPDATE

AlexisPro Straightener's go up to 465 degrees but I recommend you keep them at 410 degrees IAM Not RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HAIR DAMAGE PLEASE DO NOT OVER HEAT YOUR HAIR.

How To Apply The product?

When using AlexisSlayys ponytail mist you spray at least an 1 inch away from the hair and 3 sprays the minimum or as much as needed. Drying setting must be on warm when molding the ponytail and on cool when doing baby Hairs. AlexisSlayys Finishing gloss must be sprayed atleast 2 inches from hair and can be used for flat ironing as well as your finishing touch on any style.
